Ham Education Objectives
Students of Ham radio living where access to classes or schedules makes studying for the FCC examination more
difficult, could benefit from access to instructors over Internet. HamEducation.org offers an opportunity
to participate in classes using lesson materials presented on their PC or MAC computer screen and address questions
directly and discuss with others in the group. It is not a substitute for face-to-face instruction but may
help some more easily master the material.
This web site is an experiment in remote learning. Those who participate will offer feedback to help improve
the courses. If you think you can benefit from remote learning or can contribute materials or time please
drop us an email.
Student Registration
Students are encouraged to register interest by submitting information to help instructors schedule courses.
Registration is a two step process - (1) provide instructors with contact information and desired scheduling,
and (2) familiarize the candidate with operation of the Internet software using their PC or MAC with speaker
and microphone.

Instructors
Many Hams that have volunteered their experience, course materials and time to the benefit of the Amateur Radio service. A few are listed below.
Click on their links for a short bio of each and links to the materials they use in their courses.
Hams wishing to become certified remote instructors are encourage to volunteer. The value of remote Ham Education depends
